Exchanges

Go ahead and try out your bundles! If you don’t love your Queens Crowning Glory Hair after installation just send it back to us within fifteen (15) days of the date that you received your order and we’ll provide a hassle-free exchange. Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds on bundles that have been opened.
All hair has undergone a quality assurance process to ensure it is free of imperfections. But, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different please call customer service within 15 days of receipt date we will gladly exchange it and begin the exchange process. 
We will not exchange any item(s) that have been used.

Returns

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase prior to installation we will provide a refund on hair extensions that have not been unwrapped, worn, or otherwise tampered with within fifteen (15) days of the date that you receive your order. You must contact us prior to sending your return. Requests for refunds on merchandise returned without contacting us will not be honored. Returns & exchanges can only be completed via mail, not in store. Our Customer Service Center will personally guide you over the phone to assist you with your returns and exchanges. All you have to do is follow the authorized Return and Exchange procedure as illustrated here, for an eligible return or exchange.

When you receive you item(s), open the box and visually examine the product to verify if you have received the texture and lengths you ordered. You can gently take the hair out of the plastic. At this time you can determine if the products you have received are damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered. Please, contact us immediately with any discrepancy. Our customer service associate will then guide you through the exchange procedure.

Why are Queens Crowning Glory Hair Extensions Non-returnable if unwrapped, worn, or otherwise tampered with? Please note: Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner, or if the product has been opened or tampered with in any way all exchange policies are voided. The hair must remain in the bundle and not be untied at the top. The hair must be in its original packaging and tagged. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously. For the safety of all customers, we cannot allow opened items to be returned. This is a common practice with hair extensions suppliers. Returned packages must include a copy of the original invoice as proof of purchase. Merchandise must be physically received before an exchange can be granted. Please allow 72 hours for processing.
If you need to exchange you will receive the same item placed in the original order. Merchandise sent to us without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) cannot be tracked and may be lost and will not be honored. We assume no responsibility for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to the incorrect address. If you would like to exchange your product, you must request an RMA within fifteen (15) days of receipt of merchandise. Please email us to receive your RMA number and return instructions.

* Queens Crowning Glory Hair Company has the right to refuse the return/exchange of any item(s) based on the following reasons:
1. The merchandise must be returned/exchanged in its original state. We will not accept any hair pieces that have been worn or used, have loosened curls, have visible tangles, have visible hair products, have been bleached, or colored, chemically processed, emits odors, the wefts have been cut into pieces, or hair length or volume is trimmed by cutting.
2. The merchandise is damaged.
3. Pieces of the product are missing.
4. It is past the acceptable 15 days.
5. Original tags and packing are missing or damaged.

Shipping:

The product must be sent back at your expense. We recommend you use a shipping provider with a signature confirmation service, and/or insurance to protect your package. We will not be responsible for lost or non-trackable packages. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Be aware! Your exchange request cannot be accepted without contacting a representative first! Please, do not ship back any purchased item to any address obtained from our website, documents, or packing without contacting our customer service.
